Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Florida, USA. We specialize in premium Ibérico pork and Ibérico ham products from Spain.

Shipping Schedule

Fresh Ibérico Pork: Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to help maintain product quality during transportation.

Ibérico Ham: Orders may be shipped Monday through Friday. No shipments are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or carrier holidays.

Orders placed after the shipping cutoff will be processed on the next available shipping day for the corresponding product.

Free Shipping on Bone-In Ibérico Ham

All eligible whole bone-in Ibérico hams qualify for free UPS Ground shipping nationwide, regardless of order value. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Free Shipping Promotion

Eligible East Coast orders of $249.99 or more may qualify for free UPS Ground shipping when the destination is within our approved two-business-day UPS Ground delivery area.

Eligibility depends on the destination and available carrier service. Not all East Coast addresses qualify.

Expedited shipping, including UPS Next Day Air Saver, is not included in this promotion and is charged separately.

Whole bone-in Ibérico hams included in our nationwide free shipping promotion qualify for free UPS Ground shipping throughout the United States, regardless of order value. Expedited shipping services are charged separately.

 

Frozen Product Packaging

Frozen Ibérico pork products are packed in insulated boxes with appropriate cooling materials to help maintain product quality during transportation.

Delivery and Receiving Orders

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and making arrangements to receive their packages promptly.

Packages may be delivered without a signature and left at the delivery address when permitted by the carrier.

Frozen products should be inspected immediately upon arrival and refrigerated or frozen as appropriate.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders received and confirmed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on an eligible shipping day may be dispatched the same day, subject to product availability and carrier pickup.

Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for the next eligible shipping day.

Fresh Ibérico pork ships Monday through Wednesday. Ibérico ham ships Monday through Friday. No shipments are dispatched on weekends or carrier holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout when available. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Compromised Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition, please contact us on the same calendar day of delivery, whenever possible.

Include your order number, photographs of the products and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Claims will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
